The service is an online software application (SaaS) sold through subscriptions and credits.

The business operates under the French micro-enterprise regime. VAT on orders is calculated, collected and filed by our payment provider, which acts as reseller of the service.

The application is hosted by Lovable, whose delivery infrastructure runs on Cloudflare.

The database, authentication and related files are hosted on managed infrastructure located in the European Union.

The GEOPromptly name, the interface, the texts, the structure of the generated instructions and the service code are protected by intellectual property law.

Any reproduction or reuse, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited. Content you import or generate in your workspace remains yours.
