Terms and conditions of sale and use

Last updated: August 2026

These terms govern access to GEOPromptly and subscriptions purchased online. They are accepted when you create an account and on every order.

1. Purpose of the service

GEOPromptly is an online service that generates test instructions and measures how generative AI assistants talk about a brand or a website.

The service provides methodological support and indicative results. It guarantees no ranking, no citation by an AI assistant and no commercial outcome.

2. Account and access

Access requires a personal account with a valid email address confirmed by email. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

The service is intended for professional use. Automated account creation, sharing one account across organisations and any attempt to bypass technical limits are prohibited.

3. Plans, prices and payment

Current plans and prices are listed on the Pricing page. Prices are shown excluding or including tax depending on your country; applicable taxes are displayed before payment is confirmed.

Payment is processed by our payment provider, which acts as the official reseller of the service and issues the invoice. No card data passes through or is stored on our servers.

Each subscription grants a monthly credit allowance used for generations. Credits are valid for the current subscription period.

4. Invoices and receipts

An invoice or receipt is issued automatically for every payment and sent to the account email address.

These documents remain available at any time from the payment provider's customer portal, linked in every billing email.

Official reseller and invoicing (Paddle)

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paddle calculates, collects and files applicable taxes, issues the invoice and provides a customer portal available at paddle.net and from every billing email.

Refund requests can be sent to Paddle via paddle.net or to contact@geopromptly.com. Paddle's buyer terms are available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms and its refund policy at paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.

5. Term, renewal and cancellation

The subscription runs for the period chosen (monthly or yearly) and renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You can cancel at any time from the customer portal or by emailing contact@geopromptly.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period: access and remaining credits are kept until then, with no further renewal.

6. Right of withdrawal and refunds

EU consumers: you have fourteen (14) days from purchase to withdraw, without giving a reason.

Because the service is supplied immediately, using your credits constitutes a request for immediate performance. In that case the refund is prorated to unused credits; credits already consumed remain payable.

If no credit has been consumed, the refund is full. Requests go to contact@geopromptly.com and are processed within fourteen (14) days, using the original payment method.

After the withdrawal period, periods already started are not refunded. In case of extended unavailability attributable to the service or a technical failure preventing delivery, a refund or a credit note is granted.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful, misleading or defamatory content, or content infringing third-party rights, and not to analyse websites you have no right to analyse.

Public data sourcing respects the technical limits of the service. Abuse (abnormal volumes, bypassing caps, reselling access) may lead to suspension of the account, with prior notice except in urgent cases.

8. Liability

The service is provided as is, on a best-efforts basis. We are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of the results produced, nor for outages of the third-party services used.

In any event our liability is limited to the amounts actually paid over the last twelve (12) months. Mandatory consumer protection provisions remain applicable.

9. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first by emailing contact@geopromptly.com.

Consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge or the European online dispute resolution platform. Failing agreement, the competent courts are those designated by applicable law.
